Raton, FL— 1/18/21 — Today marks the launch of two exciting new products for
local Boca Raton residents, a collaboration with Boca Baby Company and Cielito
Artisan Pop: Cielito’s “Kiddo Pops” and Boca Baby Co.’s Popsicle Bib Collection.
“We are very excited to work together on this collaboration and support one of our favorite local business’s,” said Ayala Gross, Owner of Boca Baby Company.
Positive Customer Impact
Many local customers flock to Cielito’s Mizner Park location on any given day to try one of their famously handcrafted artisan pops. Cielito’s “Kiddo Pops” was a special request by Ayala, owner of Boca Baby Co, so her 3 year son and 9 month old daughter could enjoy kids sized versions of their favorite pops.
Cielito’s owner, Sindy Posso, loved the idea and immediately agreed to add kids pops to their Boca Raton location. She created a mini version of their strawberry flavor - the most popular among kids. To celebrate the launch, Ayala and Sindy worked together to create two unique bibs designs, which Ayala handcrafted in her Boca Raton studio.
Boca Baby Co.’s Popsicle Bib’s ($40) and Cielito’s “Kiddo Pops” ($4) are both available for purchase at Cielito’s Boca Raton location.

Boca Baby Company
Ayala started Boca Baby Company in 2015 out of her loft in Boca Raton FL. Leaving behind her career in commercial real estate finance, she decided to pursue her passion of designing a line of high end custom baby accessories. Growing up in Australia, she learned basic sewing skills from her grandmother and techniques for working with leathers from her grandfather, who handmade bags and shoes. Boca Baby Company quickly grew a cult following on Instagram with social media influencers and everyday moms who loved the quality and ease of cleaning her line of reversible custom bibs. Boca Baby has now expanded and Ayala employs local sewers and designers who handmake her full line of custom accessories
Cielito’s Artisan Pops
Owner Sindy Posso was determined to open her first shop in Wynwood, as it would be the perfect backdrop to combine her passion for architecture, art and great food. Aside from her passion for architecture, Sindy has also had a love for baking from a young age. She grew up in Colombia surrounded by a family of bakers, so it’s no surprise she decided to go into this industry. At Cielito, Sindy keeps it in the family, working alongside her husband and mother to incorporate decades-old family recipes. Customers can watch these recipes take shape through the large window within the shop. This not only allows people to feel like they’re part of the process, but it also emphasizes the transparency and openness that is true to the Cielito name.
